Apoorv Kaushik

Apoorv is a global sustainability strategist, climate finance innovator, and real estate ESG specialist with 15+ years’ experience transforming organisations across APAC, EMEA, and North America. Currently associated with WSP Middle East’s Climate, Carbon & ESG Advisory practice, in his global career, he has driven board-level ESG governance, secured global sustainable finance deals, and scaled impact-driven teams that influenced capital allocation, corporate strategy, and industry standards while mitigating climate and social risks.

Educated at Harvard University and Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership, he is certified in green bonds, climate finance, is a LEED Green Associate, and a Climate for Action Fellow at Terra.Do. He bridges policy, finance, and innovation to advance systemic decarbonisation and social equity. As an educator and mentor to students and climate practitioners around the globe, Apoorv has served as a guest lecturer at IIT Delhi, University of Birmingham Dubai, City College of San Francisco, IMI Delhi, amongst others, often speaking on the systemic nature of climate and sustainability issues.
