Ranjitha Jayasimharao

Ranjitha is an architect by background and has specialised in designing high-performance built environments. She currently leads Research at Smarter Dharma, integrating practice-based research workflows to drive scalable sustainability adoption in real estate. Her main focus is on the development of an integrated platform, sdplus, that enables project teams to make data-informed, multi-disciplinary decisions on resource management during early design stages. Her key research areas include energy efficiency, daylight performance, life cycle assessments, cost-benefit analysis, parametric simulation and optimisation, water balance assessment, and material research, among others.
