Juny Wilfred

Juny is a visual designer. His work explores the confluence of education, technology and design, and has spanned across media (print-film-digital-physical model), and processes (conceptualisation-design-development). Juny is particularly passionate about designing for children and has been closely associated with school education, and science communication and outreach. At IIHS, Juny explores new and different formats for pedagogy and learning materials for online learning—particularly exploring formats such as images, film, comics etc. for scholarly discourse. Within the Digital Blended Learning team, he plays the role of a visualiser and a critical design thinker. He is interested in exploring the role of design and design thinking in education, communication and interaction, and how these can contribute towards improving learning, understanding and cognition.
